Iron & Oak has a network of retailers throughout the United States. Iron & Oak does not sell factory direct.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your Iron & Oak order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the continental United States.

 

Your Iron & Oak order will generally be delivered within 10 business days. When you place your order we will evaluate item availability and shipping destination.

 

If we anticipate delays in delivering your order within 10 business days, you will be notified using the contact information that you provided.

 

Some products can be shipped to international destinations, so please contact us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

 

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your Iron & Oak order for any reason, you can return your item(s) within ten (10) business days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Prior to returning your item(s), you must contact us to advise the reason for the return and to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The item(s) must be returned in like-new condition and in original packaging. This return policy shall not apply to any item which has been used, overloaded or misused or which has been installed, used or operated contrary to our instructions, or which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than our authorized representative.

 

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Any original, incremental shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
